MoFo is blissful about will increase in employees

Employees are not going to curse this biglaw firm – not after they all just got a big raise!

Of course, Morrison & Foerster went with the latest round of staff increases – those aren’t mofos, if you get what I’m talking about. Plus, the firm had $ 1,165,000,000 in gross revenue last year (ranking 34th on the Am Law 100), so it would be in pretty bad shape if they chose to put the latest compensation wars on hold.

The new salary scale at MoFo will be as follows from July 1st:

  • 2021 class: $ 202,500
  • Class of 2020: $ 205,000
  • 2019 class: $ 215,000
  • Class of 2018: $ 240,000
  • Class of 2017: $ 275,000
  • Class of 2016: $ 305,000
  • Class of 2015: $ 330,000
  • 2014 Class: $ 350,000
  • Class 2013 and older: $ 365,000

And the summer employees will also benefit from these salary increases (adjusted to the class of 2021).

Congratulations to the MoFo employees on their salary increases!
