Trump is hiding behind Kaleigh McEnany to sentence the violence he instigated

Trump dispatched press secretary Kaleigh McEnany to condemn the violence while hiding and refusing to show his face live to the American people.

Trump is sending Kaleigh McEnany out to condemn the violence he instigated in a clear attempt to avoid impeachment or the 25th Amendment.

McEnany said:

I am here to deliver this news on behalf of the White House. The violence we saw in our nation’s capital yesterday was appalling, reprehensible, and contrary to the American way. We condemn it. The President and this government strongly condemn it. It is unacceptable. These individuals should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I stand here on this podium the day after a historic church burned down and said: “The first amendment guarantees the right of the people to peacefully assemble.”

What we saw in Washington and across the country last night wasn’t, ”and quote. What we saw in the halls of our capital yesterday was not. We mourn the loss of life and injuries. We keep them in our prayers and close to our hearts. We thank our law enforcement officers who are true American heroes. What we saw yesterday was a group of violent rioters who are undermining the rights of thousands who have come to hear their voices in our nation’s capital. Those who have forcibly besieged our capital are the opposite of what this government stands for. The core value of our administration is the idea that all citizens have the right to live in security, peace and freedom.

Those who work in this building are working to ensure a smooth transition of power. Now is the time for America to unite, come together, and reject the violence we have seen. We are an American people under God. Many Thanks.

Trump sent his press secretary to condemn the violence he instigated. A real president, or even a half-adult, would have stood behind the podium and looked America in the eye while apologizing.

Donald Trump is too cowardly to face the American people after instigating a riot.

The statement read was a cynical offer to get out of the 25th Amendment or to be charged again.

Donald Trump created the violence and his quest to minimize the actions of his supporters, rather than taking responsibility, is why he must be removed from office immediately.
