Panel on the Way forward for Originalism at UVA Legislation

On Friday, February 12 at 2:00 p.m. EST, the Federalist Society at the University of Virginia School of Law will host a “How the Conservative” discussion titled “Originalism, Institutionalism, and the Thomas Court.” Supreme Court majority the future of originalism and how President Joe Biden will shape the judiciary. The discussion is part of the group’s third annual symposium on originalism. Speakers John Malcolm of the Heritage Foundation, Jennifer Mascott of the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, and Beth Williams, a former assistant attorney general, will be present, moderated by Judge Neomi Rao of the District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in the Ministry of Justice.
