Senator Blunt said on CBS Face The Nation, “I think the country is the right way to hold presidents accountable. He should be very careful for the next 10 days that his behavior is what you would expect from the leader of the greatest country in the world. My personal opinion is that he touched a hot oven on Wednesday and probably won’t touch it again. If that is the case, I believe that every day we approach the last day of his presidency, we should think more about the first day of the next presidency, the last day of his presidency. “

Not inciting a riot to overthrow the government is the kind of lesson no man should ever learn when serving as President of the United States. The free tickets for Congress-elected Republicans are endless for Trump.

You are ready to overlook riots and coup attempts. Among all the reasons Senate Republicans lost their majority, consistently enabling Trump was high on the list.

Blunt would even say Trump was a naughty boy and should behave better in the next week and a half, but he didn’t have the courage to do anything to hold Trump accountable.

Trump needs to be charged and removed for failing to learn his lesson. If not checked, he will take even more extreme measures to try to stay in power.
