Biglaw Agency’s co-managing accomplice needs to see extra girls in main firms

As one of the few women who run a big law firm, I am very aware that while there has been progress in hiring, investing and promoting female lawyers, there is still much to be done. It is a personal obligation of mine to nurture and encourage various legal talents in our law firm, including women and people of color. I am proud to be part of a law firm that has shown a deep commitment to female lawyers for many years, and I appreciate the incredibly talented female leaders who represent the next generation at Jenner & Block. I look forward to the day when as many women as men run large law firms.
